Hi, I'm Jessica, the marshmallow-obsessed founder of California Marshmallow Company.
Believe it or not, this all started with a bag of store-bought marshmallows. I was the person who happily ate them straight from the bag... until I tried my very first homemade gourmet marshmallow. One bite was all it took. They were softer, fluffier, packed with flavor, and there was no going back.
Before long, I was experimenting in my kitchen, creating flavor after flavor and topping each one with candies, sprinkles, cookies, chocolates—pretty much anything that sounded delicious. With endless combinations to explore, I couldn't stop creating (and thankfully, my family and friends didn't mind being the official taste testers).
After hearing "You should sell these!" more times than I could count, I finally decided to listen. I earned my California Cottage Food License, started popping up at farmers markets and local events, and eventually opened my online shop so marshmallow lovers everywhere could join the fun.
Today, California Marshmallow Company is all about bringing a little more joy to dessert. With over 35 handcrafted marshmallow flavors, rotating monthly specialties (including our fan-favorite non-alcoholic Adult Flavors of the Month), cookies, brownies, chocolate-covered treats, and more, there's always something new to discover.
