Marshmallow Love
It might be difficult to guess but, California Marshmallow Company started with a love of marshmallows! I used to eat the store bought marshmallows right out of the bag because I loved marshmallows so much. And then I tried a homemade gourmet marshmallows and I knew I could never go back. With endless flavor options and toppings there’s so much potential with gourmet marshmallows that I found myself making them on a regular basis.
When friends and family started telling me I should sell them, I kept thinking about it and coming back to the idea, all the while making different variations of homemade gourmet marshmallows. I started warming up to the idea of selling these treats and decided to go for it! I got my Cottage Food License and started selling these in farmer’s markets and local events and decided to try to sell them online as well.​
All the flavors are tried and tested by family and friends and suggestions are always welcome. I’d love for you to try these gourmet marshmallows treats, I promise you’ll never go back to store bought marshmallows again. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

These are currently made from my home, where all sanitization processes are followed to a T. I go above and beyond what the state asks us to do so that I can guarantee a safe and clean environment to make marshmallows in and I can pass that assurance on to my customers.
