The decadence is strong in this one. A cookie filled with cookies and topped with roasted marshmallow is the ultimate treat for cookie lovers. The classic Speculoos taste of cinnamon and ginger are crushed up and re-formed into a thick crispy and chewy (it works) cookie and topped with a perfectly roasted gourmet marshmallow. The large cookie measures 3” and is wonderful warmed up for a few seconds under the broiler.
