So Much You Can Do With A Gourmet Marshmallow

We here at California Marshmallow Company have always been big on trying new things and finding new ways to incorporate marshmallows into our lives, from adding them to ice cream, cocktails or cookies we firmly stand by our motto that Marshmallows Make Everything Better and we find that there's so much you can do with a gourmet marshmallow.

You Won't Find These Gourmet Marshmallow Treats Anywhere Else

Some of our truly unique inventions are also our most popular, our cake jars are fan favorites, everyone loves the juxtaposition of the moist cake with mixed with whimsical spoonful of marshmallow fluff, it’s so much lighter than cake with layers of buttercream frosting.

Our flavored marshmallow Dubai Chocolate bars also get plenty of compliments. Whether it’s the strawberry or banana version, the addition of the fruit flavor brightens up the taste of the Dubai chocolate bar for a truly unique taste.

And kids love our take on the Nerds gummy candy, it’s a softer chewier version of the Nerds gummy candy. Where we take grape flavored marshmallow and cover them with strawberry and grape flavored Nerds. 

Hot Chocolate is Getting an Upgrade

Lately we’ve been trying to explore even more new ways to bring marshmallows into our desserts.

We’re working on some truly fun projects all geared towards our favorite drink: hot chocolate.

We just debuted a hot chocolate bomb covered in pieces of flavored gourmet marshmallow.

We’ll soon introduce a truly adorable snowman hot chocolate mug topper on its way, it’s an accompaniment to our hot chocolate mug topper, just with an adorable snowman face in its place- complete with chocolate covered coal and a candy carrot nose.

And we’ll be introducing the Hot Chocolate Shot Glass where instead of a hot chocolate bomb, you drop a chocolate ‘shot glass’ into a hot cup of milk and watch as it melts away to reveal the Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix and flavored gourmet marshmallows.
