California Marshmallow Company is proud to announce the September Marshmallow News that you’ll absolutely love!

-       Our September flavor has been announced and it’s a first for us! With school starting up again, we had to pick Peanut Butter & Jelly for our September flavor of the month. But as we know there’s an age-old debate (we’re firmly on the side of strawberry), you get to pick your choice when it comes to strawberry or grape PB&J marshmallows.

-       Because we have a strong love for all things sweet & citrusy, we created a lime cake jar filled with lime speckled cake layered with key lime marshmallow fluff all available in a clear jar.

-       As much as we hate to say it, because we absolutely adore summer (s’mores are our lifestyle), we’re officially acknowledging that summery is soon ending by offering the seasonal favorite, Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows topped with a dollop of whipped cream (house-made meringue cookie)

-       It started off innocently enough, we noticed that the kids around us were gobbling up nerds gummy clusters and it got us to wondering if we’d be able to make a marshmallow version of it? After many attempts we can honestly say that the Marshmallow Nerds Cluster is a success. Now we just have to find a way to make them without having Nerds candy explode in our kitchen.

-       A recent craving for some homemade cookies got us to thinking, is it even possible to improve on our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe with marshmallows?  After a happy experiment we concluded that yes, melting marshmallow on cookies definitely improves them. So our chewy and crunchy brown butter based chocolate chip cookie and our cookie butter cookie are now available with a roasted marshmallow on top of it.

-       And on top of all of that, we brought back Blue Raspberry Marshmallows. We’re saying goodbye to Cola Marshmallows for now to make room for Blue Raspberry. A fan favorite with all the benefits of blue raspberry with none of the blue tongue turning consequences.

We’re happily experimenting with our October releases and we’re already excited as to what’s coming up during candy’s favorite month!
